How soon can I get SpeechCoach?
We normally ship your order within 48 hours after you place it. If you need it sooner just give us a call. Special delivery options are available.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept and authorized credit or procurement card, check or money order, or a valid Purchase Order from a state, country or school system.
Can children use SpeechCoach?
As a general rule, we feel a child should be at least 8 years of age. We recommend you work with your team concerning a child's development and specific circumstances before using SpeechCoach.
Does SpeechCoach have any product warranties?
Yes, SpeechCoach is warranted for one year from the date of purchase.
What is your return policy?
SpeechCoach comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your undamaged SpeechCoach within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, less any special shipping charges. The device must be returned in good condition, in the original box, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure a full credit.
